Terms and Conditions

Airguns are recommended for adult use only and/or by youths under adult supervision. Misuse or
careless use of an airgun or related airgun equipment and/or accessories may cause serious injury and/or death.


It is up to YOU to be aware of, understand, and abide by laws regarding airguns in your state. By
agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you release Rocky Mountain Precision Airguns LLC (RMPA) from any responsibility in this regard.


While we strive to bring the most accurate and up-to-date information and pricing to you, errors
may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Examples of situations wherein
your order might be canceled include limitations on available quantities of product, inaccuracies
in pricing and/or product information, or any problems identified by our payment processing
system. We will strive to contact you if any additional information is required.


In no even will Rocky Mountain Precision Airguns LLC (RMPA) be liable for any direct,
incidental, special, indirect, consequential damages or punitive damages whatsoever resulting
from loss of use, data, business, interruption, sales, or profits, whether in a contract, negligence,
or other tortious action, arising out of access to, use of, or in connection with the use, inability to
use, accuracy, suitability, or performance of this information, even if Rocky Mountain Precision


Airguns LLC (RMPA) is expressly advised about the possibility of such damages.
Any ambiguities in interpreting these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the
drafting party, also known as Rocky Mountain Precision Airguns LLC (RMPA).


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Precision Airguns LLC
(RMPA) and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors,
licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any
claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising
out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or
your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


RMPA Shipping Policy
We cannot ship airguns to the following states: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island,
and the District of Columbia. This also includes boroughs of New York as well as P.O. boxes.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Changes to your order after shipping information has been sent will result in processing delays.
Please try to contact us as soon as possible after submitting your order to make any necessary
changes. We reserve the right to accept/refuse order changes at our discretion.

Adult signatures will be required at the time of delivery for airgun orders.


RMPA Return Policy
All sales are final.
Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with a product. We will work with you and do
our best to come up with a solution. All used products are sold as-is with no warranty implied or
otherwise offered.
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the product
returned if approved. All custom parts offer no warranty or guarantee of fitment, especially
when all of the components are not provided to perform said custom work. We reserve the right
to refuse returns/service at our discretion, with no requirement to provide the customer with a
specific reason and/or explanation. Shipping charges are not refundable.
